Clairgold Oil and Gas Engineering Ltd is constructing a 20,000 bpd modular refinery at her energy city site in Koko Delta state, with the objective to reduce the country importation of refine products and assist with building up Nigeria’s GDP.


The project scope comprises of:

  • 20,000bpd Modular Refinery
  • Refined Products-DPK, PMS, Diesel, etc
  • Pipeline network to nearby source of crude oil (Oil Fields)
  • 2 Million barrels Tank Farm
  • Access road from the Express way to the proposed Refinery
  • Build a Landing Jetty
  • Blending Plant

Project Timeline


The procurement, engineering, and fabrication of the modular and other utilities is planned to commence in 2017 through to the commencement of refinery operations in the fourth quarter of 2018.
